The IMPOWER virtual luncheon will focus on taking care of our mental health and well-being during these incredibly challenging times. In partnership with AIM for Youth Mental Health, our expert panelists include Dr. Jayne Smith, Founder and CEO of Mental Health Connect, and Dr. Katherine Grill, the Co-founder and CEO of Neolth.
Event host and discussion moderator Dina Ruiz will close the hour by leading attendees in a chair stretch and meditation session.
